Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Chef De Partie / Demi Chef De Partie to manage and oversee culinary operations within our corporate dining facilities, catering to our employees in the Hardware & Networking sector. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise and strong organizational skills, leveraging a B.Com background for efficient resource management and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
- Control inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.
- Implement cost-control measures and maintain budget adherence for the assigned section, utilizing B.Com principles for financial oversight.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and execute menus in coordination with the culinary team, considering dietary requirements and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and waste.
- Collaborate with procurement for timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and profitability of the kitchen operations.
