Chef De Partie / Demi Chef De Partie - Healthcare & Life Sciences (3-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef De Partie / Demi Chef De Partie with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our facility in Vijayawada. This role is crucial in supporting our food services operations within the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A post-graduation degree is not required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and specifications.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.

Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, including personal hygiene and food handling practices.

Manage and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training when necessary.

Control inventory of ingredients, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.

Contribute to menu planning and development.

Work collaboratively with other kitchen and F&B team members.
