Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our refining operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing refinery processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the development and implementation of new technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of refining processes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations within the Indian context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze refinery unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance yield, reduce energy consumption, and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support to plant operators.
- Participate in process design, modification, and debottlenecking projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and company policies.
- Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement recommendations.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and R&D.
