Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chemical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the refining sector to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles applied to refining processes. This role involves contributing to process optimization, troubleshooting, and the development of innovative solutions within our refining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize existing refining processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Participate in the design and development of new process units and modifications, leveraging design thinking methodologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations for various refining operations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and research & development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in refining and process design.
