We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Chemical Research Scientist with 6 to 6 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and refining educational content and methodologies related to chemical sciences for our cutting-edge e-learning platform. You will leverage your deep understanding of chemical principles and research experience to create engaging and effective learning materials for students preparing for various competitive examinations and academic pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced chemical science curriculum modules and learning resources for online delivery.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends and methodologies in chemical sciences to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and content creators to translate complex chemical concepts into accessible and engaging e-learning formats.
- Develop innovative teaching aids, simulations, and interactive content to enhance student understanding and retention.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of learning materials through student feedback and performance data, making necessary revisions.
- Stay abreast of advancements in chemical research and educational technology to continuously improve our offerings.
- Contribute to the development of assessment strategies and question banks for chemical science subjects.
- Ensure all content adheres to pedagogical best practices and industry standards.
