We are seeking a talented and motivated Chemical Research Scientist with a Doctorate/PhD to join our R&D team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an early-career scientist with 1-2 years of post-doctoral or industry experience looking to contribute to cutting-edge product development in the beauty and personal care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development of new cosmetic formulations and ingredients, focusing on efficacy, safety, and consumer appeal.
Design and execute experiments to evaluate product performance, stability, and sensory attributes.
Analyze and interpret experimental data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for product improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the personal care field.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to bring innovative products to market.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and patent applications.
