Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Research Scientist with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Sc. degree to join our dynamic R&D team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and innovation of new consumer products within the home and personal care segments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in chemical research and product development within a leading FMCG company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments and analyses to support product development initiatives.
- Assist in the formulation and testing of new chemical compounds and product prototypes.
- Perform stability studies and performance evaluations of existing and new products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Collaborate with senior scientists and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Stay updated with the latest scientific literature and industry trends relevant to consumer goods.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and quality standards.
