Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chemist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. in Chemistry or a related field and have a strong understanding of chemical processes and analysis within the agricultural sector. You will be responsible for conducting various chemical tests, ensuring product quality, and contributing to research and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Develop and validate analytical methods according to industry standards.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and accuracy.
- Interpret analytical results and generate detailed reports.
- Assist in the formulation and development of new agrochemical products.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control.
- Troubleshoot chemical process issues and provide solutions.
