Role Summary: Syngene International Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging chemistry curriculum and training programs for our employees, focusing on foundational and advanced chemical principles relevant to the pharmaceutical and contract research industry. This role is crucial in enhancing the scientific knowledge and practical skills of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive chemistry training modules for various employee levels, from entry-level to experienced scientists.
- Design and implement practical laboratory sessions and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts.
- Assess employee understanding through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and their applications in the pharmaceutical and CRO industry.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees requiring additional support.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within the company to ensure training content is relevant and accurate.
- Maintain accurate records of training delivery and employee progress.
