Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemistry Teacher with an M.Tech degree to join our esteemed educational institution in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of relevant teaching experience and a strong passion for imparting knowledge in Chemistry to students. You will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, developing comprehensive lesson plans, and fostering a deep understanding of chemical principles and their applications, particularly relevant to the defence and aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective chemistry lessons to students, adhering to the curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
- Design and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, incorporating practical demonstrations and experiments.
- Evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, including tests, quizzes, assignments, and laboratory work.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Foster a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemistry and their potential applications in defence and aerospace industries.
- Collaborate with colleagues and faculty to develop integrated learning experiences and contribute to curriculum development.
- Maintain accurate student records and participate in parent-teacher meetings as required.
- Supervise laboratory activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
