Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chemistry Teacher with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Vadodara. This role involves facilitating learning and understanding of chemistry principles relevant to clinical research and contract research operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in chemistry concepts and the ability to translate them into practical applications within a research environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative chemistry lessons tailored to the needs of personnel involved in clinical and contract research activities.
Develop and implement curriculum and training materials that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Explain complex chemical concepts, theories, and methodologies in a clear and accessible manner.
Utilize a BCA background to integrate technological tools and data analysis techniques into chemistry education.
Assess learner understanding through quizzes, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
Stay updated with advancements in chemistry, particularly as they relate to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking to enhance their chemical knowledge for research purposes.
