Chief Accountant

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to manage our financial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently. This position is suitable for individuals with 1-6 years of experience and a Graduation Not Required educational background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
- Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
