Chief Accountant

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Accountant to oversee the accounting operations of our organization. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the finance department, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and a proven ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and local tax regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
