Chief Accountant (M.Com Required) - Pune

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join our growing finance team in Pune. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, looking to contribute to a dynamic fitness and wellness company. You will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.

- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Assist with internal and external audits.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
