We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring our company adheres to all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards within the IT services and consulting sector. As a CCO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance breaches or concerns.
