Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) (LLB Required) - Surat

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The CCO will be responsible for ensuring that UFlex Limited adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within the packaging and containers industry. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks and a commitment to ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs and policies across the organization.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to all applicable Indian and international laws and regulations related to the packaging industry.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and ethical conduct.
• Investigate and resolve compliance breaches and report findings to senior management.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and industry best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel as needed.
