Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) (M.Com Required) - Gurgaon

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within the fast-paced Media, Entertainment & Telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and a proactive approach to risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust compliance programs and policies tailored to the media, entertainment, and telecom sectors.

Monitor and ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations (e.g., TRAI, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting guidelines), and industry standards.

Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.

Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and best practices.

Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Stay updated on emerging compliance trends and regulatory changes affecting the industry.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
