Chief Content Officer (CCO)

The Chief Content Officer (CCO) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Bajaj Finance's brand objectives and enhances customer engagement across all digital platforms. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the financial services industry and a proven track record in creating impactful content. The CCO will oversee content creation, distribution, and performance analysis, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a multi-channel content strategy that supports marketing, sales, and customer service objectives.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, social media updates, and whitepapers.
• Manage a team of content creators, editors, and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices for the NBFC sector.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure content supports product launches, campaigns, and customer acquisition/retention efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor content strategies, and emerging content technologies.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
