Chief Content Officer (CCO)

Role Summary: The Chief Content Officer (CCO) will be responsible for developing and executing UPL's global content strategy, aligning with our mission to drive sustainable agriculture and innovation. This role requires a visionary leader to shape our brand narrative, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive business growth through compelling and impactful content across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports UPL's business objectives, brand positioning, and market leadership in the agricultural solutions sector.
• Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, corporate communications, investor relations, and marketing materials.
• Lead and mentor a global team of content creators, editors, and strategists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for content, measure its effectiveness, and provide regular reports on content performance and ROI to senior leadership.
• Ensure all content is aligned with UPL's brand guidelines, values, and compliance standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and digital communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Corporate Communications, to ensure content supports broader business initiatives.
