Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Content Officer (CCO) with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to lead our content initiatives in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances brand visibility, drives customer engagement, and supports business objectives within the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a holistic content strategy aligned with HDFC Bank's brand guidelines and business goals for the BFSI sector in India.

Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content across various platforms including website, social media, email marketing, and internal communications.

Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and improve engagement.

Manage a team of content creators, editors, and strategists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Ensure all content is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices within the Indian BFSI landscape.

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new content opportunities.
