Chief Cook

Role Summary: The Chief Cook will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the company's facilities. This includes menu planning, food preparation, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and managing kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create diverse menus, considering nutritional value, cost-effectiveness, and employee preferences.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes.
• Manage inventory of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen equipment; place orders as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (e.g., FSSAI standards).
• Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and storage areas.
• Manage kitchen budget and control food costs.
• Handle any food-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
