Chief Cook

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Cook to manage and oversee all culinary operations within our corporate facilities. The Chief Cook will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation, catering to a diverse workforce in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and curate diverse menus, including Indian and international cuisines, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP, FSSAI guidelines).
• Oversee inventory management, including procurement of ingredients, stock control, and waste reduction.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure all appliances are in good working order.
• Manage food costs and contribute to budget planning for the kitchen.
• Plan and execute special event catering.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen.
