Chief Cook (BCA Required) - Hyderabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Chief Cook with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to manage our kitchen operations at our Hyderabad facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and inventory management, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation, cooking, and serving.
- Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Manage inventory of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Develop and plan menus, considering nutritional balance and employee preferences.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and storage areas.
- Monitor food costs and implement measures to control wastage.
- Collaborate with HR and administration for catering arrangements for company events and meetings.
- Utilize basic computer skills for inventory tracking, report generation, and communication.
