Role Summary:

The Chief Cook will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting the overall culinary operations within our Mangalore facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and preparation of daily meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure all food is cooked, prepared, and served in a safe, hygienic, and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report needs to the supervisor.
