We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Chief Creative Officer (CCO) with a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for creative strategy. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with 2-4 years of experience who can translate complex engineering concepts into compelling creative narratives. You will be instrumental in shaping the brand's visual identity and communication strategies across various platforms, driving engagement and brand perception within the engineering and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative creative strategies aligned with L&T's brand vision and business objectives in the engineering and construction domain.
Oversee the creation of compelling visual content, including marketing collateral, digital assets, presentations, and campaign materials that effectively communicate technical expertise.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and communications teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand message.
Manage and mentor a creative team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously elevate L&T's creative output.
Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
