Chief Design Officer (CDO)

Role Summary: The Chief Design Officer (CDO) will be responsible for establishing and leading the overall design vision and strategy for Gennova Biopharmaceuticals. This role will oversee all aspects of design, from product development and branding to user experience and internal processes, ensuring a cohesive and impactful design language across the organization. The CDO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's identity and how its innovative solutions are perceived by stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy aligned with Gennova's business objectives and scientific advancements.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee the design of all product-related materials, including packaging, labeling, and scientific visualizations.
- Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
- Drive user-centered design principles in product development, ensuring usability and accessibility of biotechnological solutions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing teams to translate complex scientific concepts into clear and compelling designs.
- Manage external design agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Champion the importance of design thinking throughout the organization, promoting its integration into strategic decision-making.
