This role is ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience who can bring a unique perspective to product design and development within the food processing sector. You will be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our new and existing product lines, ensuring they meet consumer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative product designs, focusing on user experience and market appeal within the food and beverage industry.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to translate design concepts into tangible products.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify design opportunities and trends relevant to B.Pharma related ingredients or product formulations.
- Ensure all designs comply with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Create prototypes and mock-ups for design validation and stakeholder presentations.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and brand consistency across all product packaging and marketing materials.
- Manage design projects from ideation through to final production, ensuring timely delivery.
- Utilize a B.Pharma understanding to inform product formulation and ingredient-based design choices.
