Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly within the HR tech and staffing industry.
- Champion design thinking and best practices across the organization.
