Chief Design Officer (CDO) | Delhi

We are seeking a visionary Chief Design Officer (CDO) to lead our design initiatives and integrate design thinking into our management consulting services. This role is crucial for enhancing client experience and driving innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Design (M.Des) and 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and their application in a business context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for client engagements, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring user-centricity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consultants, strategists, analysts) to translate business needs into design solutions.
• Champion design thinking methodologies and best practices across the organization.
• Create compelling visual assets, prototypes, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and assess their applicability to our services.
