Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Engineer to lead our engineering efforts in developing and scaling our next-generation telecom and ISP infrastructure. This role is critical in shaping our technological roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our network services. You will be instrumental in guiding a team of talented engineers and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technical strategy for our telecom and ISP network infrastructure.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of high-performance, scalable, and resilient network architectures.
- Oversee the selection and integration of new technologies and vendor solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the network through robust monitoring, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with product management, operations, and other stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and explore emerging technologies in the telecom and ISP space.
