Chief Ethics, Transparency, and Operations Officer (ETO)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Ethics, Transparency, and Operations Officer (ETO) to lead and embed a culture of ethical conduct, transparency, and operational excellence across our clinical research operations in India. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, fostering trust with all stakeholders, and optimizing operational efficiency to drive successful clinical trial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for ethics, transparency, and operational excellence in clinical research.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant national and international regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP, CDSCO).
- Establish and maintain robust ethical review processes and mechanisms.
- Drive initiatives to enhance transparency in clinical trial conduct, data reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution of clinical trials.
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for ethics, compliance, and operational oversight.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential ethical and operational risks.
- Foster strong relationships with regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and other key stakeholders.
- Champion a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in clinical research ethics, transparency, and operations.
