We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chief ETO at our Mangalore property. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent MCA graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing hotel technology infrastructure. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our Electronic, Technical, and Operational systems, supporting our commitment to 'Responsible Luxury'.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hotel IT systems, including networks, hardware, and software.
- Support the implementation and upgrade of new technological solutions across various hotel departments.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and equipment procurement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Provide basic technical support to hotel staff and end-users.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
