Chief ETO

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief ETO (Electronic and Technical Operations) to lead and manage all technical aspects of our film and music production and distribution operations. The Chief ETO will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are implemented, and driving innovation in electronic and technical workflows to maintain T-Series' position as a leader in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic technical roadmaps for film and music production, post-production, and distribution.
- Oversee the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of all electronic and technical equipment and software.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals, including engineers, technicians, and IT specialists.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, broadcast regulations, and intellectual property laws.
- Drive innovation in areas such as digital asset management, streaming technologies, audio-visual engineering, and emerging media formats.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to provide technical solutions that enhance content quality and delivery.
- Manage budgets for technical operations, including capital expenditure and operational costs.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing technologies and identify opportunities for upgrades and improvements.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technical systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in the entertainment industry and evaluate their potential application.
