Chief ETO

Role Summary: The Chief ETO will be responsible for leading and managing the foundation's efforts in ensuring effective and ethical implementation of programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and impact measurement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and a strong understanding of program design and execution within the Indian context. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Des background to bring innovative design thinking to program development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of social impact programs, ensuring alignment with the foundation's mission and strategic goals.

Develop and implement innovative program designs and methodologies, drawing from user-centered design principles and research.

Manage and mentor a team of program officers and field staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and partner organizations.

Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to fundraising efforts by developing compelling program proposals and reports.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in program implementation.

Utilize design thinking methodologies to identify social problems and co-create sustainable solutions with communities.
