Chief ETO (Electrical, Telecommunication, and Operations)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief ETO to lead our Electrical, Telecommunication, and Operations division. This pivotal role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of critical electrical and telecommunication infrastructure, ensuring seamless operational continuity and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards within our oil and gas projects. The Chief ETO will be instrumental in driving technological advancements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical, telecommunication, and operational systems.
• Oversee the design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning of all ETO related equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage and mentor the ETO team, fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex technical issues within ETO systems.
• Develop and manage the ETO department budget and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated project execution and operational efficiency.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in ETO.
