Chief ETO (Electrical Testing & Operations)

Role Summary: The Chief ETO will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical testing and operations within the company's power generation and distribution infrastructure in India. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, testing methodologies, safety protocols, and operational efficiency to ensure reliable and safe power delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive electrical testing strategies and procedures for all power assets.
• Lead and manage the Electrical Testing & Operations team, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all electrical tests, including commissioning, maintenance, and diagnostic testing.
• Manage operational performance of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Manage budgets for the ETO department, including capital expenditure and operational expenses.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in electrical testing and power operations.
