Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Chief ETO with a strong understanding of legal and technological frameworks to join our growing IT Services & Consulting firm in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and an LLM degree, eager to contribute to the strategic direction and ethical compliance of our technology solutions. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our operations align with evolving regulations and best practices in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements related to technology, data privacy, and intellectual property within the Indian and global contexts.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.
• Advise on the legal implications of new technologies and digital services being developed or adopted by the company.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to integrate legal and ethical considerations into the product lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and other legal documents.
• Stay abreast of emerging legal trends and technological advancements impacting the IT services industry.
