Role Summary: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for India will be responsible for leading and driving the overall strategy, operations, and growth of BookMyShow's business within the Indian market. This senior leadership role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Indian entertainment landscape, a proven track record in scaling businesses, and the ability to foster innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision and business plan for BookMyShow India, aligning with global objectives.
Oversee all aspects of business operations, including technology, marketing, sales, finance, and human resources, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Drive revenue growth and market share expansion through innovative strategies and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, government bodies, and industry leaders.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing senior management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and emerging trends within the Indian entertainment and live events sector.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in India.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
