Role Summary: HDFC Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee its financial operations in Surat. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial strategy, risk management, and financial planning and analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the Indian BFSI landscape and a proven track record in financial leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the bank's growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in India.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive management team.
- Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with investors and lenders.
- Drive financial performance through effective cost management and revenue enhancement initiatives.
