Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Reliance Retail Ventures Limited's sports and leisure business segment in India. This includes financial planning, risk management, reporting, and driving financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and long-term financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all Indian and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
