Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary:
Nazara Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial activities of the company. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our rapidly growing gaming and sports media platform, driving profitability, and ensuring robust financial governance. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and the Indian financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, and investor relations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards in India.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and the board of directors.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives to improve financial performance and optimize capital allocation.
