Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of Fractal Analytics' operations in India. This strategic leadership role involves managing financial planning, risk management, compliance, and driving financial performance to support the company's growth objectives. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and growth plans.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, and audit.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and statutory requirements in India.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and the board of directors.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial efficiency across the organization.
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial transactions.
