Role Summary:
GoFashion is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial health, driving profitable growth, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. This role is critical in supporting our expansion in the e-commerce and fashion import/export sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and optimize financial resources for maximum efficiency.
• Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and manage relationships with financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian and international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and the board of directors.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Drive financial performance improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
