This role is crucial for a growing software product startup based in Nagpur, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial strategy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance within the Indian context. Your LLM background will be instrumental in navigating complex legal and financial frameworks, ensuring robust compliance, and advising on strategic partnerships and investments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards. Leverage LLM expertise for legal and regulatory interpretation and advisory.
