Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our Human Resources function across South Asia. The CHRO will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent in the competitive facility management services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support the company's growth and operational excellence in facility management services.
- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding, to attract and secure top talent in the Indian market.
- Design and manage performance management systems, compensation and benefits programs, and employee development initiatives to foster a motivated and engaged workforce.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to ensure the company remains agile and responsive to market dynamics.
- Champion a strong organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes effectively.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the executive leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Develop and manage the HR budget and resources.
- Leverage HR analytics and technology to inform decision-making and drive HR efficiency.
