Role Summary: The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies in alignment with the firm's business objectives. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of human capital management, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the firm attracts, develops, and retains top legal talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the firm's growth and strategic goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for legal and support staff.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the firm's values.
- Partner with senior leadership to address workforce planning and talent development needs.
