Role Summary: The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for defining and executing the company's overall IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of information technology, including infrastructure, software development, data management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives within Ninjacart's fast-paced agricultural supply chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports Ninjacart's growth and operational efficiency in the agri-tech sector.
- Lead the IT department, including infrastructure management, software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility, farmer engagement, and business operations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and IT systems, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of scalable IT solutions that cater to the unique challenges of the agricultural supply chain.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team.
