Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our Information Technology strategy and operations. The CIO will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with the company's business objectives, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology infrastructure across all manufacturing and corporate functions in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry and a proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company's growth, innovation, and operational excellence in the electronics manufacturing sector.
* Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise-wide IT systems, including ERP, CRM, SCM, and MES, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across manufacturing plants and corporate offices.
* Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, cloud computing, and data analytics to enhance manufacturing efficiency, supply chain visibility, and product quality.
* Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data, intellectual property, and critical infrastructure from evolving threats.
* Manage the IT budget, optimize technology investments, and ensure cost-effectiveness of IT operations.
* Lead and mentor the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, vendors, and external partners.
* Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and data privacy laws in India.
* Evaluate and implement new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving electronics manufacturing landscape.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user computing.
