Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information security strategy and operations. The CISO will be responsible for protecting Vi's digital assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and mitigating cybersecurity risks. This role is crucial in safeguarding our sensitive customer data and critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program, including policies, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee the identification, assessment, and management of cybersecurity risks across the organization.
- Lead incident response activities and ensure timely and effective resolution of security breaches.
- Manage security awareness training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and international data privacy and security regulations (e.g., IT Act, PDPB).
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into all aspects of the technology lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, and adapt security strategies accordingly.
- Provide strategic guidance and reporting to senior management and the board on security posture.
