Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and manage our information security program. The CISO will be responsible for protecting the company's information assets, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a security-conscious culture across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, risk management, and the ability to develop and implement robust security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of information security risks.
• Manage and lead the information security team, fostering professional development and high performance.
• Develop and execute incident response plans to effectively manage security breaches.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, IT Act).
• Conduct regular security awareness training for employees.
• Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies, and adapt security strategies accordingly.
